Account Review Procedure

Security signals may trigger a manual review to protect the shared monthly pool. A review hold is not an automatic ban and does not erase Tax Score.

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Why a review may begin

A review may be triggered by overlapping protected device or network identifiers, unusual account creation patterns, automation indicators, wallet conflicts, inconsistent verification, exploit activity or other evidence of coordinated abuse.

What a hold does

A hold pauses monthly settlement for the affected account while the evidence is reviewed. It does not automatically delete Tax Score, confiscate claimed tokens or establish wrongdoing.

Manual review

An operator reviews relevant security signals, account history, gameplay records, verification status and wallet binding. The operator may clear the hold, request additional verification, exclude invalid activity, continue the hold while an investigation is active, or restrict an account for a confirmed rules violation.

Requesting reconsideration

Contact the official Telegram channel or Farcaster account linked below. Provide only the public wallet address, approximate account creation date and a description of the issue. Never provide a seed phrase, private key, password or passkey secret.

Outcome and timing

The project aims to review cases before the relevant settlement is finalized when practical, but no fixed response time is guaranteed. If a hold is cleared after an epoch closes, an eligible allocation may be addressed in a later audited settlement where technically and legally possible.
