Restricted access
You may not use the service if doing so is prohibited by the laws or regulations applicable to you, if you are subject to economic sanctions, or if your location requires a registration, license or authorization that the project does not hold. Access may be geo-restricted where the regulatory position is adverse or unclear.
No circumvention
Do not use VPNs, proxies, false information, another person’s credentials or similar methods to evade a restriction. A restriction or compliance review may pause or prevent settlement.
Rules can change
Legal and regulatory conditions change. Eligibility may be updated, and access may be limited or discontinued in a jurisdiction. No prior access creates a right to future participation or allocation.
