$TAX is a memecoin used within an experimental game ecosystem. Tax Score is an off-chain game score, not a token, property right, debt, deposit or guaranteed value. No profit, token allocation, market price, liquidity or continued operation is promised.
Experimental service
The website, game, contracts and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Smart-contract vulnerabilities, chain conditions, market volatility, holder sales, vested unlocks, operational failures and regulatory changes may cause partial or total loss.
Your responsibilities
- Use only accounts, devices and wallets you are authorized to control.
- Keep passkeys, wallet credentials and recovery material secure.
- Do not automate play, exploit defects, manipulate eligibility, evade account limits or interfere with the service.
- Pay applicable network fees and determine your own tax and legal obligations.
- Use the service only where lawful and only if eligible under the Eligibility Policy.
Accounts and settlement
Eligibility is governed by the published Game Rules. Tax Score may be reviewed, adjusted or excluded when records are invalid, duplicated, manipulated or ineligible. A settlement hold pauses allocation processing while a case is reviewed; it is not an automatic ban.
Service changes
Immutable on-chain emission and claim rules cannot be changed by the operator. Off-chain game balance, cosmetic pricing, security controls and service availability may change with advance notice when reasonably possible. The service may be suspended where required for security, maintenance or law.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the project and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
